After 12 years in managerial roles in corporate settings, plus 10 years running her own business, Beatriz retrained as a business strategist and transformation advisor in 2021.
The vast experience acquired over the years in Corporate Real Estate, Procurement and HR areas, and the exposure to the SME’s and sole traders in the London scene have provided Beatriz with a wealth of tools, processes and solutions to help anyone considering reshaping their current business. Beatriz helps businesses evaluate whether to develop new business models, how to make their teams work more efficiently, and how to proceed efficiently while acquiring a new business.
This approach is unassuming, non-judgemental and delivered with a friendly manner. Although your business might be having a radical transformation, the process will be carried out in an organised, calm manner, always touching base with how you, as the person behind the business, is coping with change.
Prior to planning and strategising Beatriz runs a series of ‘walk & talks' meetings to approach the main areas of discussion, understanding what motives lay behind the need for change.
